RETIREMENT IS NOTHING BUT…

Retirement is not in my vocabulary. They aren't going to get 

rid of me that way.

           Retirement ...  certain facts and fiction

         

There is nothing called “retirement” and the word is actually the creation of officials in organizations ,government or otherwise, to send people away without attracting a feeling of guilt .But the fact is that it is here in our midst making millions  of people feel redundant even before they know what exactly the term means. The word normally creates a psychological scar ( burning thereafter till ,it is late to realize that ,the scar is imaginary) which eats into the mind ,then body and finally takes the soul out of the person. 

The only WAY  to FACE THIS SITUATION is to be Offensive rather  than Defensive   . 

This means that when somebody brands you as RETIRED, just brush the term away from your vocabulary and march on more energetically into a free world  where many brilliant things are waiting for you to get engaged to your satisfaction .  The thrill of getting that freedom is something and  it is just like getting into light after years of drudgery and meaningless existence .

When a routine is broken, one should be happy and feel that a new opportunity is waiting . mostly a better one  for that matter. Actually the word RETIRE-MENT  should mean RETIRING  ( no …) -- RETRAINING —to become A MENTOR
